RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The products that oinognosia.wine supports and promotes have been carefully selected by experts and based on the quality provided by our producer or supplier. Oinognosia.wine stores all products in privately owned premises that strictly adhere to the storage and maintenance specifications of each product. Despite the constant efforts to ensure that the products we promote to our customers are in excellent condition, there are few cases in which a product may be damaged without our responsibility.

We accept returns of products that are damaged, without any restrictions, as long as the problem is identified by you and you inform us about it no later than five days after receiving the product. We ask our customers to inform us about it through the “Communication” website, choosing “CUSTOMER SUPPORT” as the communication topic and stating the exact problem. A competent partner may contact the customer about it, and the customer will be informed of the acceptance of the return via email. In the indication of the problem, please also state if you wish the money back to your account or the replacement of the damaged product. The customer must return the damaged product, so that we can inform our supplier. The return is free of charge for the customer, and the return of the money or the replacement of the product is done after the receipt by oinognosia.wine of the damaged product.

We accept the cancellation of an order free of charge for the customer if the order is canceled before it is sent. In case of cancellation after an order has been sent and before delivery, the customer will be charged only with the relevant shipping costs. This charge is also valid in case of cancellation of an order that, for any reason, is sent to the customer without a shipping charge. We do not accept cancellation or return of an order upon receipt by the customer.

Any refund to the customer for any reason is made only by crediting the account of the customer from whom the money was withdrawn, or by crediting his card through which the initial collection was made. In case the initial collection was made by cash on delivery, the refund is made to an account that the customer will indicate by email to oinognosia.wine. Oinognosia.wine will make every effort to credit the customer’s account with the refundable amount as soon as possible, but due to the banking operations that take place, this is not possible to achieve before 4 working days have elapsed from the finalization of the amount to be reimbursed.
