Intense aroma of red fruits, nuts and sweet spices with a hint of vanilla on the finish. Dry, with balanced acidity, and soft, velvety tannins.
AGING POTENTIAL: 5-6 years
PAIRING: Meat dishes with light red sauces, white meats (e.g. chicken with noodles), juvetsi with aubergine puree, octopus in wine.
