The red wine Ktima Founti is produced from a single vineyard of 6 acres located in the place Karaoutsa of Strandza, in the heart of the viticultural zone of Naoussa. It has an altitude of 200m and its soil is “sandy” that favors the development of aromas of the fine variety Xinomavro.
Advanced color with violet highlights. Rich bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and wood. Mouth full of tannins that grow beautifully and long-lasting aftertaste. His character develops with further aging.
AGING POTENTIAL: 20+ years
TASTY COMBINATIONS: grilled meats, meats with red sauce and combined perfectly with yellow cheeses.
