BIODYNAMIC VITICULTURE
Biodynamics is an holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to viticulture that dates back to 1924 and has been evolving ever since. Going beyond the organic standard, through holistic management practices, biodynamic agriculture focuses on enhancing the interaction between soil, plants, animals, and people in an environmentally friendly and regenerative way. In this way, the vineyard becomes a unique living organism in which each part nourishes the other: people, plants, animals, and soil work together.
