The wine matures in tanks and oak barrels with stirring of the fine lees after fermentation until bottling.
Bright white-yellow color. Refined and complex aroma characterized by fresh herbs and white peach, while the minerality of the variety blends perfectly with the woody notes and aromas. Full-bodied and oily on the palate with nerve, crisp acidity, and a long finish.
