P.G.I. VELVENTO
Tsapournakos (Cabernet Franc).
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels
Dark red in color, with a distinctive aroma combining floral and fruity notes such as red berries and citrus with spices, smoke, herbs, and spicy characters, creating a complex bouquet. On the palate, it is soft at first with well-structured and balanced tannins, round and rich, with great aromatic persistence. A very attractive wine, with substance and elegance, reflecting the distinctive character of the variety.
FOOD PAIRING: grilled or cooked red meat, dishes with rich red sauces, sausages and cold cuts, aged cheeses
