The Drisbay vineyard is located at an altitude of 250 meters (820 feet) above sea level and is home to Syrah. The avoidance of irrigation, the climate, and various sediments of this seemingly mountainous region create the perfect combination of old and new world Syrah.
Aged for 12 months in 228-liter French oak barrels.
Aromas of blackberry, blueberry, black pepper, leather, olive, and cedar. Complexity on the palate, with the fruit on the nose confirmed, notes of jam, sweet spices, and tomato. Mild acidity, intense tannins and a long peppery aftertaste.

FOOD PAIRING: grilled meats, veal fillet with black pepper sauce, pork ribs with barbecue sauce, oven-roasted lamb, wild boar, sausage, cold cuts platter
