50% Chardonnay 50% Malagousia
The fruity character of Chardonnay, with notes of pineapple, banana, apple, and pear, blends uniquely with the more mature characters of peach, apricot, and orange found in Malagousia. The acidity of Chardonnay is balanced by the softer and more pleasant Malagousia on the palate. A full mouthfeel that follows the nose in intensity with intense aroma and sweetness.
FOOD PAIRING: fish, shellfish, shrimp, crayfish, chicken, turkey, veal, and white or light-colored sauces. Also with pasta accompanied by white sauce and cold meat dishes.
Recommended cheese: Mozzarella & goat milk cheeses, soft yellow cheeses.
