An expressive example of the French Pinot Noir variety, cultivated in Mediterranean terroir. Sour cherry, cherry, sweet plum, and cinnamon make up this complex aromatic bouquet, complemented by earthy notes of leather, mint, and tea. Lively on the palate with volume and well-structured tannins, rich alcohol that rounds out the taste. Long-lasting aftertaste with characteristics of mocha and bitter chocolate.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 8-10 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Wild boar, roast duck, spicy cheeses, pork carpaccio.
