Bright lemon color with a complex aromatic character where peach, pear, and citrus aromas coexist with white flowers and chamomile aromas against a backdrop of vanilla, smoke, chocolate, and mint.
A full-bodied flavor that is wonderfully balanced thanks to its lively acidity. A complex aromatic palette, similar to the nose aromas, which lend complexity and an unexpectedly long finish.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 1-5 years
FOOD PAIRING: Fried rabbit, turkey meatballs, braised chicken with fennel and leeks, spaghetti with pesto, stuffed zucchini flowers, fried rice, noodles with chicken, buttered sole (fish), red mullet with rosemary, legume salads or fresh green salads, goat cheese.
