Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.
Bright lemon color. Fresh aromas of lemon leaves and white flowers. On the palate, notes of citrus and green leaves follow, with crisp acidity and very good structure. The finish is crystal clear with a pleasant freshness.
Food pairing: Fish, seafood, pasta, risotto with vegetables, fresh salads, vegetable pies.
