P.G.I. Epanomi
Sauvignon Blanc
It is fermented at around 20 °C in French oak barrels, where it remains for several months with its lees.
It has a bright golden yellow color and a bouquet with notes of summer and exotic fruits (melon, pear, mango, pineapple) against a backdrop of smoky vanilla and aromatic herbs. It is mature, balanced, and well-structured, having benefited from its contact with wood. It is a wine with potential for development.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 5 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Shellfish, fish with a fairly fatty texture, tongue fried in flavored butter, poultry or pork with white sauces, smoked cheeses.
