P.D.O. Santorini
Athiri, Aidani, Assyrtiko
Santorini is the first wine created by winemaker Apostolos Mountrichas under the name Delfinia.
Now bearing the name Santorini, it is Anhydrous’ flagship label, sourced from selected vineyards. It expresses what volcanic terroir means. Acidity, intense minerality, distinctive salinity, and graceful ageing. All characteristics of volcanic origin.
Aromas of freshly cut lemon, lemon blossom, and lime. Hints of chamomile framed by a mineral character.
Dry on the palate with refreshing acidity, elegant structure, and a salty finish.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 6 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Seafood, shellfish, fried or grilled fish, pasta with shrimp.
