Roditis 100% organic viticulture
It comes from old vines in a bowl that are nearly 50 years old, planted at an altitude of 850 meters in the mountainous region of Aegialia. It is the more mainstream of the two Roditis versions in Tetramythos’ new natur wine series. The other is Patras Orange Reserve.
The vinification process is very slow and as natural as possible, with the wine remaining on the lees for 5 months. The result is a natural wine that combines honey and dry fruit oxidative notes with crystal clear fruit in shades of unripe peach and floral aromas of acacia. Moderate and relatively thick on the palate with a fine balance, it is a wine that is both enjoyable and complex.
