Premium Rapsani from old vines aged 60+ years is produced from very small yields per hectare and after extremely rigorous fruit selection. Aromatic complexity on the nose with herbs, incense, and lively red fruit. A wine of dense structure and exceptional finesse that will reward further aging.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 10-15 years
FOOD PAIRING: cold cuts, sausages, rich and flavorful cheeses, pasta with red, spicy sauces.
