A sparkling rosé wine that marks the beginning of a new, elegant story. Prologue is born in the organic vineyards of the Domaine Zafirakis in Tyrnavos and is vinified using the traditional method of secondary fermentation in the bottle (méthode traditionnelle). The nose is dominated by delicate aromas of wild strawberries, pomegranate peel, and dried rose petals, framed by hints of brioche and yeast. On the palate, it has elegant, fine bubbles, with crisp acidity and a delicate structure. Limniona offers depth and a slightly tannic character, which balances perfectly with the freshness of the effervescence. The finish is clean with a lingering fruity character.
