The taste impressions focus mainly on fruit, with frequent notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, and raspberry, accompanied by subtle woody notes that add fullness to the palate. Cabernet Sauvignon offers acidity and freshness that give a nice length on the palate.
As it matures, wine develops more flavors and complexity, loses its acidity, and allows the tannins to express themselves more strongly.
