This is the label that made my friend Giorgos Palyvos famous and established him as one of the best producers in Nemea. A visionary and pioneer, he continues to give Nemea a distinctive character, probably reflecting his own personality.
Deep purple color, vanilla aromas of black fruits with hints of chocolate and burnt wood. Full-bodied with good structure and exuberant tannins that give a long finish.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 7-8 years
FOOD PAIRING: Red meat with sauces, rich cheeses.
