Deep purple color with violet hints. The nose is dominated by aromas of black berries, forest fruits, blackcurrant, and plum jam. Balanced acidity, medium-bodied with silky tannins and a highly enjoyable aftertaste.
AGEING POTENTIAL: at least 3 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Grilled meats, cold cuts, and soft cheeses. An ideal pairing would be bavette steak with shallot sauce.
