Aged in new 300-liter oak barrels
Light golden green color. Aromatic, with notes of unripe fruit (peach, lime). Full-bodied on the palate, with acidity that keeps the mouth fresh, allowing it to balance with a variety of dishes. The finish is fruity, cool, and long-lasting.
FOOD PAIRING: a variety of Mediterranean dishes (fava) and seafood.
