After fermentation, the wine is kept in a full tank with the fine lees and stirred every week for 8 months, developing further body.
The nose is dominated by aromatic fig leaves, lychee, pineapple, and ripe peach.
Mouthfeel with juicy pear and even more peach balanced with a fresh acidity.
FOOD PAIRING: aperitifs, green salads with citrus fruits, pasta with seafood.
