Aged on the lees for 3 months, gaining thickness and aromatic complexity.
Clear, lemon-green color. Elegant aromas, with white-fleshed fruits such as peach and hints of ripe tropical fruits combined with floral notes reminiscent of roses. Exceptionally well-crafted on the palate, with freshness and a good balance between alcohol and acidity, intense flavors dominated by flowers and ripe fruit, and a satisfyingly long, slightly bitter finish.
Overall, a wine with excellent value for money.
FOOD PAIRING: Rich salads with citrus dressing, greens, grilled vegetables, fried fish and shellfish, seafood risotto, white cheeses.
