The name “34” refers to the 34 centuries of viticulture in Santorini. The wine matured in wine lees for about nine months, while 10% of the blend matured in oak barrels for five months.
Typical and austere Santorini with impressive complexity. Lemony with a restrained nose. Minerality and saltiness in the foreground are framed by notes of peach and citrus. Impressive structure and full-bodied richness! Salty, long finish.
