A moderate ruby color and impressive strawberry aromas fill the glass. The nose is followed by notes of cherry, sour cherry, raspberry jam, purple flowers, and herbal hints of tea and rosemary. The body is medium-bodied and the acidity is fresh and balanced. The finish is pleasant and long, following the fruity character and complementing it with notes of vanilla.

FOOD PAIRING: Meat with red sauces, tenderloin with blue cheese sauce and mushrooms, papardelle with sun-dried tomato and wine sauce.
