Vidiano 100% Organic Farming
Grifos white organic wine is produced from the Vidiano grape variety at the Silva Wine Daskalaki winery. The wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts in traditional 300-liter ceramic jars. The wine was then separated from the skins and transferred to oak barrels, where it remained for 3 months. It was then bottled without filtering. Finally, 100% recyclable, plant-based corks made from sugar cane were used to create this unique wine.
It has a bright yellow color. The nose is dominated by aromas of peach, apricot, and tropical fruits, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and herbs.
On the palate, it is rich with very good acidity.
FOOD PAIRING: large grilled fish, pies, roasted poultry, and fatty cheeses.
