There are 3,975 numbered bottles, which are dedicated to and signed by the mother of the Girlemi family, Evangelia Girlemi, as a token of gratitude for their support over the years.
Cryogenic maceration for 14 hours, fermentation at low temperatures. Aged on the lees for 4 months.
Lemon green color. Complex aromas of peach, citrus, and tropical fruits.
Pleasant on the palate with lively acidity and a creamy texture that enhances a long finish.
