50% of the total quantity of Chardonnay is aged for 6 months in new French barrels of 225 & 500 liters
Round, rich body with a cool aromatic character. Notes of rose, ripe peach, apricot, and a touch of lychee. The palate faithfully follows the above character, while vanilla and smoke aromas are also present.
FOOD PAIRINGS: fresh salads with citrus dressing, grilled fish, grilled chicken, and yellow cheeses.
