When alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is racked and immediately begins aging for 4 months under ideal conditions.
Soft pink color. Complex aromas of red fruits, such as strawberries, citrus fruits, and floral aromas complement the wine’s bouquet. The fruity and herbal taste, intense freshness, and crisp acidity stand out on the palate. The aftertaste is intense and long-lasting.
FOOD PAIRING: Seafood, dishes cooked in oil (peas, green beans), stuffed vegetables, Cretan cuisine, yellow cheeses.
