An exceptional, typical “barrel-aged” Chardonnay from the cold terroir of Amyntaio, with aromatic intensity and complexity. Richness, balance, and a long finish.
Lemon-colored with several golden highlights. Complex fruit aromas such as peach, apricot, and lemon combine with oak aromas such as vanilla and nuts, as well as subtle hints of minerals and honey.
Exuberant on the palate with intense flavors dominated once again by fruit and oak, refreshing acidity, and a long, enjoyable buttery finish.
Its structure and maturation in new oak barrels for 8 months allow it to evolve over time.
AGEING POTENTIAL: 3-5 years
FOOD PARING: Rich fatty grilled fish, grilled white meat, grilled lobster, pasta with rich cream sauces, mushroom risotto, mushrooms in cream sauce, mature cheeses.
