P.G.I. Atalanti Valley
Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Chardonnay
Characteristic aromas of caramelized fruit, nuts, wood, vanilla, as well as primary aromas such as peach, apricot, and apple. Intense complexity on the palate, with sweet spices combined with ripe white-fleshed fruits. The rich body and oiliness are balanced by the acidity, and the overall taste is complemented by its long finish.
White vinification, aged for 6 months in Hungarian oak barrels (228 liters) and for 6 months in the bottle, at a controlled temperature, in the estate’s underground cellars, so that it is entitled to bear the designation “Cava.”
FOOD PAIRING: White meat, fish, seafood, salads, soft cheeses.
