60% Sémillon – 20% Sauvignon Blanc – 20% Sauvignon Gris
A refined white Bordeaux made from a blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sauvignon Gris. It is bright in appearance with greenish reflections, while the nose is dominated by notes of white flowers, pear, and grapefruit, as well as hints of vanilla and butterscotch. It is cool on the palate, balanced, and has an elegant buttery finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Seafood, fish, white meat, dishes with white sauces, roasted asparagus.
