Villa Antinori Bianco is one of the Antinori family’s historic wines. It was first produced in 1931 by Niccolò Antinori, and since then the label has remained virtually unchanged, as has the production philosophy, which is focused on representing its place of origin.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and delicate, with fruity aromas reminiscent of pineapple, golden apple, and banana, which combine well with sensations of orange blossom. The palate is fresh, enveloping, pleasantly taut and characterised by a mineral aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: fresh salads, shellfish, risotto with shrimp.
