P.G.E. Peloponnese
Malagousia 100%
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing with fine lees for several months. In terms of organoleptic characteristics, we have a bright, pale yellow color with green highlights. Intense aromas reminiscent of peach, lemon, citron, rose, and hints of chamomile. On the palate, it is a dry wine with moderate alcohol content, moderate to high acidity, fairly full body, round structure, and a fairly good aftertaste. The aromas on the palate confirm those on the nose, with citrus fruits predominating.
FOOD PAIRING: Risotto, pasta with seafood, white meat, fresh salads.
