A demonstration of the potential of this island and its grapes. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Louros area of Pyrgos Kallisti, at an altitude of 180 to 220 meters, i.e., from “high Santorini.” . It is aged in old barrels for over a year, and in certain years, even up to 24 months. Intensity, complexity, and structure that transcend words. Perhaps one of the most impressive Greek wines, regardless of color.
