The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Louros area of Pyrgos Kallisti, at an altitude of 180 to 220 meters, i.e., from “high Santorini.” . It is aged in old barrels for over a year, and in certain years, even up to 24 months. Intensity, complexity, and structure that transcend words. Perhaps one of the most impressive Greek wines, regardless of color.
