From the very first contact, the complex aromatic bouquet based on citrus fruits emerges. Citrus, bergamot, lime, cinnamon, and notes of white-fleshed fruits against a background of minerality and a metallic dimension. Excellent structure, rich volume with a noticeable tendency towards oiliness from the wine’s maturation with fine lees for 15 months, crisp acidity. The wine’s stay in oak barrels adds even more elements that encourage us to keep it, so that we can enjoy it at its best after a few years of ageing.
