Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose is complex with fresh floral notes predominating. This is followed by notes of lemon peel and aromas of tropical fruits such as avocado. The palate is perfectly balanced, dominated by citrus aromas with hints of jasmine and mint. On the finish, the acidity leads the palate to a clean, enjoyable finish.
